Kids Do Work Age 3-7 Unlimited $155 every month • Unlimited visits • Kids Do Work Age 3-7

While CrossFit Stamford is all about the people, Kids Do Work is all about the little people. Our goal is to teach children the importance of being physically active through participating in fun activities. Each class will consist of: group warm-ups that utilize basic calisthenics, skill work that focuses on learning new movements and increasing body awareness and games that encourage teamwork.

Kids Do Work Age 3-7 4 Classes Per Month $90 every month • 4 visits per Month • Kids Do Work Age 3-7

Passes

Visiting CrossFitter Drop In $25 • 1 visit • Drop in passes are reserved for out of town guests who currently train at CrossFit affiliates.

It is expected that you are an experienced CrossFitter, have completed a beginners course and have a solid understanding of basic CrossFit movements.

High School / Undergraduate - 1 Week Drop In $50 • 7 visits • This pass is valid for 1 week of classes. To be eligible the member must be a current High School or Full Time Undergraduate Student.

A School I.D. must be presented.

FitCamp - FREE Trial Class $0 • 1 visit • FitCamp is a high intensity interval class designed to make you move better, sweat more and get stronger. You'll work hard, but you'll also work to your ability. We offer 3 tiers of difficulty in each class so the workouts are challenging for the elite athlete as well as the beginner.

FitCamp - Single Class $25 • 1 visit • FitCamp is a high intensity interval class designed to make you move better, sweat more and get stronger. You'll work hard, but you'll also work to your ability. We offer 3 tiers of difficulty in each class so the workouts are challenging for the elite athlete as well as the beginner.

FitCamp 21 Pack $400 • 21 visits • FitCamp is a high intensity interval class designed to make you move better, sweat more and get stronger. You'll work hard, but you'll also work to your ability. We offer 3 tiers of difficulty in each class so the workouts are challenging for the elite athlete as well as the beginner.

FitCamp 10 Pack $200 • 10 visits • FitCamp is a high intensity interval class designed to make you move better, sweat more and get stronger. You'll work hard, but you'll also work to your ability. We offer 3 tiers of difficulty in each class so the workouts are challenging for the elite athlete as well as the beginner.

Squat Therapy Clinic $50 • 1 visit • Brian from ATP is running a clinic on Sunday June 25th from 8:00 am - 10:00 am. This clinic is designed to help athletes break through strength plateaus and address common faults in squatting technique.

Drop In - Stamford Strong Advanced Level $25 • 1 visit

30 Day Challenge No Bodyfat Test $40 • 1 visit • Shed your winter bod with our 30 Day Challenge! Rack up points by eating a healthy diet, exercising and recovering regularly and getting enough sleep to support fat loss/muscle growth. After registration you'll receive an email with all of the details including schedule and instructions on taking Before & After photos

Kristie and Dr. Kurt will explain all of the rules plus provide tons of insight on why clean carbs are important for CrossFitters, how hidden sugars are ruining your fat loss goals and how to improve your gut health at the Kickoff meeting at 1pm on Saturday, April 15th.
